Not all carpet cleaning machines are equal. They must use a good one because my carpets and sofa look great and smell good too. Plus they dried much quicker than I anticipated. Their service is very professional. They were careful and respectful in regard to working in a high-rise building.

They did an incredible job!!! My dog had a HUGE accident all over my living room. I called and Will told me he could have someone out in 3 hours. I told him the severity of the situation. He called me back in less than 5 minutes and told me someone will be over in 45 minutes. Eli came and did miracle work on my floors. They look better now than when I moved in!! Prompt, punctual, and professional. They took care of my carpet in my house and stains on my carpet and explained to me all processes. I called them about cleaning my carpets. They were very understanding about my issues (just had stomach surgery) and times. Every time I called, they were polite and were able to help me with my issues and questions. When they arrived, I realized that it was only ONE person on the CREW that was coming out. When I hear “CREW” coming out, I get the impression it is a few people, but this was only ONE person. Very surprised. Anyway, Willie did a fantastic job, and I was extremely impressed. He did a fantastic job and was in and out in about 45 minutes. We had some really bad marks on the floor, and he was able to clean them better than I thought. The marks were from foot traffic coming inside and out, and starting to get heavy and dark, but he was able to get them up very nice. He was very polite and appeared to be a very hard worker. Very professional service. Will took the time to educate us on what we needed and was very thorough, reliable, and timely. My home smells amazing, and he made our three-year-old carpets look brand new. We just moved in, and the previous owner had three dogs, which left the downstairs master bedroom with a musty wet dog smell. Will added enzymes, steamed, and deodorized the carpet and now there is no trace of pets anywhere. Thank you!

We had some carpet installed over a year ago, and it was not installed properly. It was buckling, and we were worried it would damage the carpet or cause someone to trip. Will and his staff came in, and in less than two hours, they had stretched and repaired the carpet better than it had ever looked! Great customer service, great work, great value! We will definitely call them again for any future jobs. We are recommending them to our friends as well.
